World's Best Destination Spa

Mii amo, a Destination Spa at Enchantment, Named 'World's Best Destination Spa' by Travel + Leisure Readers Survey

Mii amo, a destination spa at Enchantment Resort in Arizona's red rock country, was just named the "world's best destination spa" in the 12th annual Travel + Leisure magazine World's Best Awards readers survey. .

Mii amo is part of the Enchantment Group, a spa and resort development and management firm that was the first to combine a destination spa with a resort community, opening Mii amo at Enchantment Resort in January 2001.

Mii amo and the 2007 spa survey results will be featured in a World's Best Spas report in Travel + Leisure's October issue.

Sixty-three percent of frequent hotel guests are more likely to leave a light on when they leave a hotel room than home. A New Approach from ELEMENT Hotels Key smart design features include:

• Clean and green: Shampoo and conditioner dispensers will eliminate multiple mini-bottles.
• Recycling reminder: About 50% of the waste generated in hotels is recyclable, but most hotel rooms don’t have recycling bins. ELEMENT guest rooms will include bins to help guests maintain their home recycling ritual.
• A bright idea: CFLs (compact florescent lamps) light bulbs will be used throughout the hotel instead of incandescent light bulbs.
• Staying smart: An education program will help guests make smart decisions for the environment while traveling and at home.
